Saint Alfio’s Band of Lawrence, MA was formed in 1998. Due to high demand we now have a second band available called Northeast Italian Band as well as the Saint Alfio's Band. The current band director, joined the Italian Colonial Band of Lawrence in 1961 till its last performance in 1997. In 1998 the band started with the name of Saint Alfio's band of Lawrence with approximately 19 musicians that range from early teens to 80 plus years old, Presently these bands under direction of Sal Erna proudly perform for religious festivals, Parades and Concerts in the Northeast New England area.
